Hammond man arrested second time in five years for computer-aided sexual solicitation

A 34-year-old New Iberia man was arrested by members of Kenner's Cyber Crimes Unit for contacting someone online he thought was a 15-year-old girl. During the encounter, he masturbated via webcam and then set up a meeting in Kenner to have sex with the girl, authorities said.

However, when Gregory Steven Guillot arrived in Kenner, with the bra and panties he promised as a present, he discovered his online session involved an undercover agent pretending to be young teen.

Monday's incident in Kenner was Guillot's second arrest for trying to arrange a sexual tryst with someone he believed was a 15-year-old girl, according to a Kenner Police Department press release.

The first incident occurred appoximately five years after Guillot arranged online to have sex with a teen in Hammond, only to learn when he arrived in Hammond that he had been communicating with an undercover officer.

Guillot, who used the screen name bad_hotboy420420 in the most recent online encounter, admitted that he masturbated online and set up the meeting with someone he believed to be a 15-year-old girl.

Guillot was booked with computer-aided solicitation for sexual purposes and two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile in the Kenner case. No bond had been set for Guillot by Tuesday morning. If he is convicted, Guillot would be required to spend at least five, but no more than 10 years in prison at hard labor.

In the Hammond case, Guillot said he arranged a meeting with a 15-year-old girl, who happened to be an uncover Hammond detective. He was booked with computer-aided solicitation for sexual purposes and possession of marijuana.

Those charges were reduced by the Tangipahoa Parish District Attorney's Office and Guillot was placed on probation for a year, according to the press release.
